Everyone has to work together in order to change the treatment of African Americans in the school system. Not only African Americans, but all races. One person can make a difference in a student's life. We always tell our youth, when we see a bully, don't just stand around and be silent. Stand up for them. It is the same for adults. If we see an imjustice, we have to bring light to it. We can no longer sit back and wait for someone else to make a move.
