African American students are not receiving equal treatment within the public school system. The mistreatment ranges from high suspension rates, being disciplined more harshly than their peers within the classroom, and not having access to highly qualified educators. This blog will shed light to the growing problem and will give guidance on how to prevent your child and others from becoming victims. It also provides detailed experience of my tutoring experience with Middle Grade level students.
